Incoming Material Inspection

Inspectors assess the appearance quality of raw materials, checking for surface texture, patterns, color stability, and brightness. Process quality is also evaluated, including the smoothness and deformation of hardware, as well as the stability of fabric texture. Safety checks ensure that hardware products are free from sharp edges or points. Functionality checks include verifying the load-bearing capacity of hardware, thread tension, and the proper operation of zippers. Additionally, size measurements are taken.

Semi-Finished Product Inspection

At this stage, inspectors examine several factors, such as sewing line density, zipper smoothness, accuracy of hardware accessory placement and assembly, and the quality of glue bonding (including pressure, size, and dryness). They also verify that cut pieces match the sample in terms of specifications, size, direction, and pattern. Defects in screen printing, such as missing or ghosted prints, are also checked.

Finished Product Inspection

Before packaging, each finished product undergoes a detailed inspection. This includes checking the product’s process, quality details, origin, composition, price tags, internal and external packaging, and moisture-proof bags.

Packing Inspection

Inspectors review packaging elements, including the product name, color, price tags, carton size, case marks, case stickers, color mix, and shipment quantity to ensure everything is in order.

Outgoing Inspection

This final inspection ensures the products are correctly packaged, safe, and in the right quantity before being shipped.
