Material Preparation Department
The Material Preparation Department is responsible for cutting and preparing materials for zipper sewing, based on paper patterns, prepared documents, sample bags, approved samples, and material color swatches. The department also oversees quality control checks for various processes, including silkscreen printing, embroidery, gold/silver printing, beading, topstitching, leather skiving, pasting, edge painting, and thermoforming of off-cuts. These checks ensure that the materials meet our high production standards, maintaining consistency and quality across all products.
This machine is specifically designed to apply zipper teeth in sizes 3#, 5#, 8#, 10#, and 15# to a variety of products, including gift boxes, metals, clothing, handbags, wallets, belts, shoes, hats, and more. It is compact and lightweight, operating with low noise and delivering high-precision results.

Treadle-Type High-Frequency Plastic Welding Machine
Used for melting and welding PVC plastic, this machine is ideal for sealing blister double-sides, attaching blister packaging to paper cards, and sealing specialized plastic materials such as PE, PS, PC, PET, and PETG. It is also employed for heat sealing, edge cutting of blister packaging, processing various wrappers, and creating portable soft bags. Additionally, it can press concave-convex patterns and characters.
