Testing

Test Chamber
Our test chamber is equipped with state-of-the-art testing devices to evaluate key performance metrics such as tension limits, color fastness, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance. These devices include a micro-computer tension tester, needle inspection machine, push-pull force gauge, QSS Color Assessment Cabinet, salt spray corrosion test cabinet, and an electric color fastness abrasion tester. The chamber ensures that all materials and products meet our stringent quality standards before production.
The HD-6016E is designed to detect any metal residues, such as broken needles, steel nails, iron wires, or staples, in handbag off-cuts, semi-finished products, or finished accessories.
Key Features:
- High-efficiency automatic screening with a five-bit digital tube and ten-segment display window.
- Accurately records the number of qualified, unqualified, and total samples, ensuring precise quality control.

QSS Color Assessment Cabinet
This device is used for visual color comparison of leather materials, fabrics, accessories, metals, and packaging materials. It operates under artificial daylight and controlled environmental conditions, providing accurate color assessments.
Our salt spray corrosion test cabinet simulates a system of dispersed salt droplets to test the corrosion resistance of materials such as leather, metals, plastics, and FPC boards treated with coatings, electroplating, or anti-corrosion films.
Test Types:
- NSS (Neutral Salt Spray)
- ASS (Acetic Acid Salt Spray)
- CASS (Copper-Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray)

Electric Abrasion Color-Fastness Tester
This tester conducts cyclic dry and wet abrasion color-fastness tests for fabrics, including cotton, wool, silk, knits, and printed textiles. It is designed according to AATCC, ISO, and similar standards to ensure reliable results.
Pointer-Type Push-Pull Force Gauge
This device measures the strength of materials through tensile, compressive, and shear tests. It is also used to evaluate attractive forces, electromagnetic forces, and magnetic repulsion.
Key Features:
- High-frequency data sampling at 1000Hz.
- Data storage and analysis capabilities for in-depth evaluations.

Micro-Computer Tension Tester
The micro-computer tension tester performs a wide range of tests, including tensile strength, adhesive strength, peeling, tearing, anti-compression, bending, anti-shearing, and three-point bending strength tests. It is suitable for materials such as thin films, rubber belts, plastics, leather, metals, nylon threads, textiles, and paper.
